1. Introduction

Welcome to Roampass Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products (digital and physical). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Products and Services

2.1 Digital Products (eSIM)

  • eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation.

  • They are classified as “digital content” under UK law and are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once activation details have been provided, unless defective.

  • You must ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchase.

2.2 Physical Products

  • Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

  • You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for customised or hygiene-sensitive items.


3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full before delivery of any product.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Transactions are processed securely by third-party payment processors; we do not store card details.


4. Delivery and Activation

4.1 eSIM Delivery

  • eSIM activation QR codes are delivered via email within minutes of order confirmation.

  • Once the activation QR code has been sent, the product is considered delivered in full.

4.2 Physical Product Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and courier.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or force majeure events.


5. Refunds and Returns

  • eSIMs: Refunds are only issued if the eSIM cannot be activated and our technical team confirms the issue cannot be resolved. No refunds will be issued once the eSIM has been successfully activated.

  • Physical Products: You may return eligible products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

6. Usage Restrictions

  • You must not resell, redistribute, or transfer any eSIM without our prior written consent.

  • You agree not to use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

  • Network speeds and coverage depend on local carrier infrastructure; performance is not guaranteed in all locations.


7. Liability

  • We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
