Roampass Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products (eSIM)

  • Delivery Method: eSIM activation QR codes are sent to your registered email address after successful payment.

  • Delivery Time: Typically within 5 minutes; in rare cases, up to 1 hour due to payment verification.

  • No Physical Shipping: eSIMs are digital products; no postal or courier service is involved.


2. Physical Products

2.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM UK time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2.2 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • All physical orders are shipped via third-party couriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS).

  • Delivery timeframes are provided by the courier and are for reference only; we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

  • Typical delivery estimates:

    • UK Mainland: 2–4 business days

    • Europe: 4–8 business days

    • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

2.3 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and courier rates.

  • We do not offer free shipping unless expressly stated on a specific promotion.

2.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.


4. Delivery Liability

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays, missed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

  • If an order is delayed or lost, we will assist you in liaising with the courier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee compensation from the courier.
